Refund policy

No Limits LED has a strict return policy to ensure product quality and fairness:

 

• We do not offer refunds if a product has been used, installed, or damaged.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging, unless it arrived faulty.
• The buyer is responsible for returning the product and covering all shipping costs.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns of any products totaling more than $100. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount once the return is approved. Restocking fees do not apply to defective or incorrect items shipped.
