SECTION 8 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship all products in a timely manner, typically within 7-10 business days, though delays may occur during periods of high demand. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or lost items that occur once the order has been dispatched.

SECTION 9 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6. Returns & Refunds

No Limits LED has a strict return policy to ensure product quality and fairness:

We do not offer refunds if a product has been used, installed, or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging, unless it arrived faulty.
The buyer is responsible for returning the product and covering all shipping costs.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns of wheel light kits and to any order totaling more than $200. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount once the return is approved. Restocking fees do not apply to defective or incorrect items shipped.

SECTION 10 – WARRANTY POLICY

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our products as long as they remain in production. In the event of a defect or failure, we will replace or repair the product at our discretion. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or modifications.
